• Registration is mandatory for all participants.

• The registration fee includes entry to all scientific sessions, conference meals and delegate kit bag. Spot registrations are not guaranteed of conference kit.

• Registration fee is non transferable to any other attendee or meeting in any circumstances.

• Kindly attach the scan copy of Bank advice if paying through bank transfer.

• Cancellation Policy: If candidate cancel his/her registration before 31st August - Half registration amount will be refunded. If candidate cancel his/her registration after 31st August- No Refund. (Refund will be done after 45 days of completion of conference.)
